Mansfield Campus Cafe is our multi-station dining operation in Eisenhower Memorial Center, featuring:
- A traditional grill offering burgers, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, fries and breakfast sandwiches all day
- Personal pizzas & calzones
- Build your own salad bar
- Fresh made deli sandwiches and subs
- Crimson Cup hot and cold coffee beverages
Convenience store selections also available
Scarlet & Gray Café in Ovalwood Hall offering
- Locally roasted Crimson Cup hot and cold coffee beverages
- Grab and go sandwiches and salads
- A variety of pastries and bagels

Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Scarlet & Gray Cafe:
Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Newark Campus
Table of Contents is our market style dining operation in the Warner Center, featuring:
- Breakfast served daily including made to order Belgian waffles.
- Weekly comfort food rotations including in house smoked meats, build your own pasta bowls, and Mexican platters.
- Baked potato bar.
- House made soups.
- Grilled to order burgers, chicken, & veggie burgers.
- Spicy chicken served with house made chipotle mayo, Chicken tenders.
- Fries, Chili cheese fries, loaded fries, fried pickles, cheese curds, and corn poppers.
- Whole or personal pizzas
- Made to order Panini Station.
- Fresh deli sandwiches and salads.
- Variety of snack foods, frozen items, and grab & go items.
- Separate station for preparing allergen safe meals.
The Bean Counter coffee shop located in the Warner Center
- Serving locally roasted Crimson Cup coffee, cold brew coffee (iced and frozen drinks) and fruit smoothies
Hours of operation:
Pickup and Delivery available through mobile ordering, or at the locations self-ordering kiosk:
Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Wooster Campus
Café Carmen is our multi-station dining operation in Skou Hall featuring:
- A traditional grill for burgers (veggie too!) and breakfast selections
- Made to order personal pan pizzas
- Chicken fingers (Students Favorite)
- Fresh made deli sandwiches & wraps
- Salads, fruit cups and dessert options
- Variety of snack foods and grab & go items
CFAES Café is located in the new Wooster Science Building
- Serving locally produced Crimson Cup coffee, cold brew coffee (iced and frozen drinks) and fruit smoothies
- Hot breakfast sandwiches, bagels and pastries
- Grab and go salads and snacks
Hours of Operation:
Café Carmen: Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
(Breakfast served 7:30-10:30; Lunch 10:30-3:30)
CFAES Café: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
